PATIENCE NAMADINGO'S "TULI" HITS 1.9 MILLION VIEWS ON YOUTUBE


Patience Namadingo's popular song "Tuli" has reached 1.9 million views on YouTube, making it one of the most-watched Malawian music videos on the platform.

According to YouTube's monetization policy, Namadingo is expected to earn between 6 and 16 million kwacha (based on the current bank rate) from the video's views.

Meanwhile, Lulu and Driemo's song "Khalidwe" has also gained significant traction, with 1.5 million views on YouTube in just three weeks.

Music enthusiasts are praising Namadingo's marketing strategy, saying he has managed to promote his song without spending a lot of money. Others are criticizing him, saying he is using cheap tactics to get views.

Namadingo's name has also been trending on social media after he was mentioned by President Lazarus Chakwera during a meeting with youths in Blantyre, where he discussed the State of the Nation Address (SONA).
